Ingredients
Method
 
- 1/2 gm. Carrots peeled and grated
 - 1 lighter Milk
 - 1/2 Cup Sugar
 - 100 gm. Khoya
 - 2 tbsp. desi Ghee
 - Seeds of 2 Green Cardamom
 - 15 gm. Cashews
 
Method
- Mix grated carrots, milk and ghee in a big deep bowl and heat it over medium flame until the mixture goes thick.
 - Add sugar, mix it and after sometime add khoya (mawa) and again mix nicely.
 - Add cardamom and cashews.
 - Serve hot. :)
