Ingredients
- 1 cup rawa or suji
 - 1 cup dahi ( yogurt)
 - 1/2 cup water
 - salt to test
 - 1/2 tsp. Turmeric
 - curry leaves
 - 2 tsp. Sugar (power)
 - 1/2 tsp. muster
 - lemon juice
 
- In a dish add dahi and suji and mix
 - Keep the mixture for 8 to 9 hours to plastic airtight container.
 - Add to salt to mix and pour it in an idli pot. Steam it for 15 minutes.
 - After taking it out of the pot keep it for 5 minutes.
 - Fry it by taking in a pan, oil , curry leaves, mustard, salt, turmeric and mix properly.
 - Add sugar and lemon to taste.
 - Enjoy the fried Rawa ldli breakfast. :)
