Ingredients
- 3 Medium sized Potatoes,
 - 1/2 Cup peas
 - 2 Carrots
 - 1/2 cup chopped Cauliflower
 - 1 cup chopped Cabbage and 1 Capsicum
 - 4 tbsp. Oil
 - 3 tbsp. Butter
 - 2 Onions chopped
 - 1 tsp. Ginger-Garlic paste
 - 2 tsp. Pav Bhaji masala (available in market)
 - 1/4 tsp. Turmeric powder
 - 1 cup Tomato chapped
 - 1 tbsp. chopped Coriander
 - 1 lemon
 - Salt to test
 - 1tbsp. red chilli powder
 
Method
- Mix potatoes and the rest of the vegetables in the Pressure Cooker, till three (3) whistles.
 - After this, mash the vegetables nicely.
 - Then, take some oil in a pan (kadaai) and mix onions, ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes. Fry them till the mixture turns brown.
 - Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and Pav Bhaji masala.
 - Again, mash the mixture.
 - Add butter and coriander. (this is for garnishing)
 - Serve with chopped onions and some pieces of lemon. :)
