Ingredients
- Sooji or Rava 3Cups
 - Ghee 4tbsp.
 - cardamom powder 1/2 tsp.
 - Milkmaid 1tin (400gm)
 
- In a karahi dry roast the sooji till pinkish brown,
 - Then add the ghee and roast for another 10 minutes.
 - Add the Milkmaid and cook till the mixture leaves the sides of the karahi Add the cardamom powder and mix well.
 - Remove from fire, cool and form into small ladoos.
